Scott brings technology and commercial M&A guidance to Group-Q, aiding in growth and risk reduction. Expanding into the US market or embarking on M&A ventures is complex. His expert advice is critical when preparing and negotiating agreements. With experience as outside counsel, in-house General Counsel, and in various NASDAQ-listed businesses, Scott has participated in over 200 M&A transactions. His understanding about entrepreneurial growth challenges is backed by a law degree and a graduate degree in Business and Public Administration from Cornell.
