Milene brings over 20 years of experience in localization and globalization to Group-Q, enriching our solution strategies. Milene’s leadership orchestrating technology, methodology, and strategic communication, combined with vendor management and resource allocation, enhances our operations and ensures the delivery of tailored and effective solutions. Her background driving international software releases offers critical insight into software localization and internationalization, significantly enhancing Group-Q’s ability to meet diverse client needs and providing a foundation for sustained global success and innovation.

Scott brings technology and commercial M&A guidance to Group-Q, aiding in growth and risk reduction. Expanding into the US market or embarking on M&A ventures is complex. His expert advice is critical when preparing and negotiating agreements. With experience as outside counsel, in-house General Counsel, and in various NASDAQ-listed businesses, Scott has participated in over 200 M&A transactions. His understanding about entrepreneurial growth challenges is backed by a law degree and a graduate degree in Business and Public Administration from Cornell.
